In September at Auto Glass Week in Reno, we will be launching AGX™, our advanced, cloud-based system that integrates and automates workflows. Why did we build AGX?
Simple. We saw too many strong auto glass shops struggling with old, clunky applications or trying to manage with shuffling paper and cranking out spreadsheets. It’s like trying to fix a modern car with tools from the 1970s – you can do it, but it’s a lot harder than it needs to be. Our beta testers (shop owners just like you who’ve been testing AGX) told us they needed something better, so we built it.
Before writing a single line of code, we challenged ourselves to meet a number of key objectives:

- Make it natural – if you need a manual, we messed up
